The free Personal Edition of HelpNDoc adds banners at the bottom of every generated documentation formats. To remove those banners, you can purchase the Standard, Professional or Ultimate Edition of HelpNDoc:

HelpNDoc Professional and Ultimate Editions remove the banners for all supported documentation formats (CHM, HTML, Word, PDF, ePub, Kindle, Qt Help, Markdown);
HelpNDoc Standard Edition removes the banners for the CHM and HTML documentation formats only;
